Customize your yacht with a faux wood finish on practically any surface. Awlgrip Marine Paints claim that their clear coat can last 8-10 years and perhaps longer, depending upon your maintenance program. This technique can be applied to any area; the cap rail, rub rail, helm pod, bulk head, and especially the transom. Make a statement with a personal name with hand painted or vinyl lettering. Either choice can be created with 23.5 karat Gold or Platinum leafing, even a hand painted graphic, family crest… anything imaginable. We can also hide interior veneer water damage by painting the wood grain similar to the original.
